This is the flutterbug.
Santa brought the flutterbug to Audrey 2 Christmases ago. The little wings twirl as it plats music. She loved it. And now, Bella loves it. She stares at it and smiles at it and coos at it. Mommy likes the flutterbug too.

At least it's not a cicada bug.
Ah, ha, now I know why kids aren't getting freaked out by them nasty looking things, because when they were babies they stared at and played with toy bugs.
